Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and phaa. Access to and use of the phaa Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout your use of the Platform:
phaa reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
To access the full range of phaa services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable Philippine law.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: phaa is required to verify the identity of all players in accordance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering guidelines. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have their withdrawal privileges suspended.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phaa login credentials, including your password and any one-time PINs sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. phaa will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use will be deemed to have been authorized by you, unless you have notified phaa of unauthorized access in a timely manner.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact phaa support immediately via live chat to request an account freeze. phaa will investigate and take appropriate action, but cannot be held liable for losses incurred prior to notification.
Security tip: Use a strong, unique password for your phaa account — one that you don't use for GCash, online banking, or social media. Enable two-factor authentication via your registered Philippine mobile number for an extra layer of protection.
phaa supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phaa does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or via cryptocurrency.
Deposits: Deposits are credited to your phaa wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. phaa does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into phaa originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. phaa reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.
Anti-Money Laundering: phaa is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws. phaa reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities and to freeze accounts pending investigation without prior notice.
phaa may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback, and other incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.
Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a ₱500 bonus requires ₱15,000 in total wagers before the bonus and any winnings derived from it become withdrawable. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute less or be excluded entirely.
Bonus Abuse: phaa reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts in cases of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, colluding with other players, or any other conduct that phaa determines in its sole discretion to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
Players who believe a bonus has been incorrectly voided may contact phaa support for review. All bonus-related decisions made by phaa management are final.
All games offered on the phaa Platform are provided by licensed third-party game developers and are governed by the specific rules published within each game. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager. Game rules can typically be accessed via the information or help button within the game interface.
Random Number Generators (RNG): All slot games, video poker, and RNG-based table games on phaa use certified random number generators to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. These RNGs are regularly tested by independent third-party auditors to verify compliance with industry fairness standards.
Return to Player (RTP): phaa publishes the theoretical Return to Player percentage for all slot games. RTP represents the percentage of all wagered money that a game will pay back to players over time. RTP is a long-term statistical average and does not guarantee results in any individual session.
Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games such as Baccarat, Roulette, and Blackjack are streamed in real-time from professional studios. Outcomes are determined by physical cards, wheels, or dice, not by software. All live dealer games are subject to the house rules of the game provider and are monitored by live supervisors.
Disconnections: In the event of a disconnection during gameplay, phaa will make reasonable efforts to restore your session. If restoration is not possible, the outcome of the round will be determined according to the game provider's disconnection policy. For live dealer games, the hand or round will be completed according to standard game rules, and results will be reflected in your account history.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phaa Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phaa, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
phaa's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your phaa account in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phaa does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. You use the Platform at your own risk.
phaa collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the phaa Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
phaa takes data security seriously and employs industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your personal and financial information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and phaa cannot guarantee absolute security.

phaa reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the phaa Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to your use of the phaa Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and phaa. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI).
Arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration, unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, phaa reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of phaa's intellectual property rights or confidential information.
